Terms & Conditions
1. All deposits are non-refundable
where booking is cancelled by the client
2. If your function is cancelled within 21 days of the due date, full
payment is required, unless a function of equal remuneration can be secured.
If the replacement booking is for a lesser amount than that of the function
cancelled, the client is liable for the difference in fees
3. Main meal & refreshments (beer, wine & soft drinks) are
required items for all members.
4. Where bookings are 2 Hours or more traveling distance from Melbourne,
accommodation is required. (Separate rooms please) This includes continental
breakfast the following day.
5. Prices are based on bookings up to 5 hrs in length.
This includes pre dinner period. For every hour or part there of after your
initial booking, you will need to add $50 per member.
6. Forms of payment.
7. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that guests behave in an orderly manner toward the band at all times. Excessively drunken or abusive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance & performance would cease immediately. The client or guest would be liable for any damage to either equipment or personnel by inappropriate behavior.
